Libby Denchfield will share how Standard Chartered Bank’s Risk team is accelerating change with a human-first approach to AI. She’ll unpack how Nile’s AI playbook helped SCB go from concept to prototype in just two weeks, establishing a scalable framework for AI-driven innovation.

Libby is responsible for leading Standard Chartered’s strategic direction, development and implementation of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform, including embedding AI into its operation; leading the business management, operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and policy for the Risk, Compliance, Legal and Corporate Secretariat Functions.

Ryan O’Holleran

Head of Enterprise & Startup Sales, Anthropic

Ryan brings nearly a decade of fintech expertise from his roles at companies like Stripe and Airwallex. At Stripe, Ryan was part of the early sales team, playing a key role in the company’s journey from 200 employees to over 6,000. Most recently, Ryan spent four years at Airwallex, where he built and led the Enterprise business across EMEA from the ground up. His focus was on both new customer acquisition and existing customer growth. Today he leads the Enterprise & Startup Sales function at Anthropic, best known for Claude, the AI assistant and LLM which strives to be safe, accurate and secure.
