Impact Report 2025
This year was about embedding our purpose into our daily operations.
Our latest update showcases the tangible steps we’ve taken on our journey, from deepening our community partnerships to launching more inclusive policies for our team.
Highlights from this year include:
For our community: We deepened our partnership with the social mobility charity Career Ready, providing paid internships and long-term mentorship for local students, and raised over £3,000 through the KiltWalk to support their vital work.
For our clients and their customers: Through our Dig Inclusion team, we trained approximately 2,000 NHS England staff, equipping them with the skills to ensure the NHS website and its digital services are accessible to everyone.
For our colleagues: We created a more equitable foundation for our team by launching a new, inclusive Family-Friendly Leave policy and by making sustainable transport more accessible with a new EV salary sacrifice scheme

Impact Report 2024
In 2024, we successfully completed our first recertification, a milestone that rigorously assessed every aspect of our business.
The process validated our progress and strengthened our resolve.
Key achievements included:
Achieved a recertification score of 94.3, well above the B Corp threshold of 80 and the median business score of 50.9.
Acquired Dig Inclusion, deepening our commitment to making the digital world accessible to everyone.
Switched our Edinburgh office to 100% renewable energy and expanded our community impact through new mentorship programmes.
