Chief Operating OfficerLloyd leads on implementing agentic automation and AI platforms, taking our team through technological change, ensuring we continue to deliver at scale while maintaining the standards regulated firms expect. He has led change programmes at financial services firms like Tesco Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and Standard Life, and was an adviser to the Scottish Government.

Sarah founded Nile in 2006 to improve how everyday digital products and services are created. She has advised the UK and Scottish Governments, and served on boards for the Design Council, Service Design Network and BIMA.

Susie Walker
