What you get
We place experienced practitioners – researchers, service designers, content designers, UX specialists, strategists – directly into your team, working to your priorities and your ways of working. It’s not a squad you have to manage, nor is it a rotating cast of place-fillers. The person you meet is the person who does the work.
A contractor brings their own expertise. A Nile practitioner brings the firm’s: two decades of pattern recognition in regulated business, specialist colleagues to draw on, and access to our proprietary AI tooling. They also come with an explicit remit to transfer capability back to your business, so your team ends up more skilled and capable at the end of the engagement.

We created this model because regulated businesses kept telling us the same thing: the choice between a big consultancy engagement and a lone contractor isn’t one they want to make. They wanted something better, and we gave them it.
