RAPID, INDIVIDUALLY-SCOPED EXPERIMENTS
HOW WE DO IT

Experiments

One question, answered with evidence, before you commit.

Who this is for

Leadership teams facing a build-or-buy decision, a vendor claim they can't verify, or a promising priority that would be expensive to get wrong. Experiments exist so that budget gets committed from a position of knowledge.

The principle

A pilot in a safe, peripheral area feels sensible and proves nothing. An experiment is different: small, sharp, and scoped to settle a single live decision. We design and run each one end to end, and every experiment finishes with evidence you can act on.

That includes evidence that says stop. Sometimes the most valuable answer an experiment can return is: don't proceed.

  • Experience prototyping. Put a high-fidelity, fully interactive version of the future in front of real users to answer "is this worth building?" A working prototype compresses months of speculation into weeks.

  • Skills and ways of working. These experiments prototype the operating model, not just the software: experts shifting from authoring to reviewing, exceptions triaged with a co-pilot, specialist knowledge put at the point of need. The outcome is capacity and capability, tested with your people rather than modelled on a slide.

  • Partner products. Deploy a vendor's platform on a single live workflow to get a build-versus-buy decision backed by real performance, not vendor claims.

  • Data foundations. The unglamorous experiments the others depend on: proving a single source of truth gets adopted, and building the evaluation harness that tells you an output is right.

Four families

What you walk away with

An answer. Each experiment is scoped against a named decision, run with your teams on live work, and reported with the evidence and its limits - what we now know, what we still don't, and what we'd commit to next.

What it leads to

Proven experiments move into implementation - with us, with your teams, or with your vendors. We're platform-agnostic: we shape the build, we never sell you a product, and the work is done with your people so the capability stays in-house.
